Brooke ran her very first race. The Turkey Trot. She was so excited. She went to bed early, and saved her energy all week. Ty pushed the kids in the jogger while I ran my first 10K. We had a great time. Brooke said it was really fun. She ran when she wanted to and took breaks when she felt tired...great strategy. Ty won first prize in his category.

Just tell me one thing--when in the world do you find time to work out!??? It is my biggest dilemma and I am so out of shape it is maddening. You have inspired me, but I want to know your secrets--how do you fit it all in?
