Dance Review 2008!

Brooke just had her dance review for Tueller's School of Dance. She had a ball! She couldn't stop laughing the whole time she was on stage. We really loved watching her have so much fun. She did a great job!
As Ty always says for the home performances "Introducing Broooooooke Haguewood!" Clap, clap clap. Even Jace knows to start clapping when Dad starts with introducing...
The best part of the whole day. Getting to use mom's make-up. Ty came in the room in time to ask what Brooke will have to show for being a dancer when she is 20. He only has room for sports in his mind. He got worried when I told him Brooke was actually a good little dancer. He rest assured when I told him I had danced for 14 years and I thought that is what made me a better athlete! We'll see. We both hope one of our kids will play a college sport so we can have an excuse to travel around and watch them and eat out and stay in hotels-you get the picture!

Brooke looks so darling! You are gorgeous as well. Tell Ty that dancing is a sport and it keeps you in great shape. (I have to say this since I danced forever!)

Isn't that such a guy thing to say! Ty and Shane are so much alike. I solve it by telling him that if he keeps saying it the payback will be that his sons will want to dance too. That seems to do the trick. Brooke is adorable.

Dancing will just make Brooke that much more flexible and well rounded. And who knows, they give dance scholarships in college too! How great she could be a princess for a day!

She does look like a doll. I love the dance revues. I think it is fun to see how much they can accomplish at sucha young age.

I don't think I've posted a comment in awhile because my office is still a wreck and it's hard to type with the kids getting into everything. But, wow, you look soooo good! I am so amazed at what a great marathon runner you are! Your kids are soooo darling! I loved the posts about your mom and husband. And I am quite convinced that your are the super mom of the century. You should get an award or something.

We are doing great and I would love it if you guys could come visit sometime! Don't feel rushed though. Just come when you can and when it is convenient!

What a cute little dancer. Dancing is just what little girls do, c'mon Ty. A lot of people actually think dancing is a sport:) Take care!

I'm pretty sure you guys will have at least one college athlete, I mean, they have the right genes for it! And I agree that dancing is a great way to start. Watch out, Coach Shane will try to make her a steeplechaser!
